Its Monday and early in the morning. Do you know what that means? Its a headband kind of day. When I dont really feel like doing my hair I slip on a headband to make myself look more put together than I probably am.

I usually like headbands with one big accent point on a side of the band. I go for thinner styles and stay away from anything too crazy or hard to match with.

The other day I put together a post about my love for bows and the way I love to wear bows is through headbands!

Do you wear headbands? If so what type do you like?

What a cool Monday Morning post. I keep telling myself I'm going to do this, but I never do. I love ribbons.

Flower headbands seem to be popping up around here.

Sweet post! Love the photo. Very inspiring!

Sadly... I don't wear them -- at least not the wrap around kind... they always slip on me! More frustrating than it's worth! lol!!!!!

I love headbands! Unfortunately the bottom edges hit my head in a strange place that is very uncomfortable. I've tried so many kinds, but to no avail. I'm totally jealous!

I actually really like headbands! I swear they help me on a bad hair day! This is a great post dear! Have a wonderful Monday! I have a new post up if you have time to visit! Would love it if you did! xx Pip

Thanks for following! I am love love loving your blog!! Headbands are totally my jam too, but they are quite difficult to wear with two little ones constantly pulling on it.

When I was in 5th grade...I wore headbands ALL OF THE TIME. Haven't really worn them since...but...I am starting to draw towards them again. Especially for our upcoming beach trip. I think it's a great alternative to having to pull my hair back every day. The headband would get the hair out of my face & that's all that matters...plus they are so cute :)

I went through a huge headband phase in college (I was even Blair Waldorf for Halloween)! I still like them, but I don't know why most of the ones I find these days are too tight on my head! lol

Cute picks!

I don't really wear headbands but I would most likely prefer thin headbands without any adornments <3

I love headbands, but I always feel like I look like I'm 12 when I wear them. I have so many, though.

littlemissandrea July 16, 2012 at 10:12 PM

I also love headbands that have an accent on the side. I think those are the only kinds I own!

Jenee C. July 17, 2012 at 1:49 AM

I have a soft spot for headbands so this is definitely a great post in my books. But I often wonder... at what age does wearing a headband become slightly inappropriate? If you have an answer, I'd love to know.

i like wearing headbands but they always seem to hurt my head and give me a headache after a short time. no matter what time. the ones that wrap around the head never stay on. i love the bow/flower head bands but i feel like they make me look juvenile. can't pull them off! the ones in the photos here are gorgeous!
